About Us
Little Way in Action is guided by a Board of Directors that provides oversight, direction, and stewardship of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, while our mission is driven forward through the leadership of our Youth Ambassadors.
Formerly known as Little Ladies of Charity, the mission began during the pandemic as a response to a growing awareness of both the needs within the community and the many blessings we often take for granted. Rooted in the spirituality of Thérèse of Lisieux, the organization embraces the idea that small acts of love and service can have a profound impact.
Inspired by this call to live out faith through simple, meaningful actions, early efforts focused on serving those in need in tangible ways. One of the first initiatives included assembling Easter donations for families supported by Catholic Charities—stuffing hundreds of Easter eggs and preparing dozens of baskets for distribution.
These early acts of service revealed a powerful truth: the joy found in giving far surpasses any material gift. From that foundation, Little Way in Action was formed and continues to grow through youth-led initiatives, fostering service, compassion, and leadership through small acts done with great love.
Youth Ambassador Program
Our Youth Ambassador Program empowers students to lead with purpose, compassion, and faith. Through peer engagement, school-based initiatives, and community outreach, Youth Ambassadors promote projects that encourage kindness and social responsibility. By leading by example, Youth Ambassadors aim to show that small actions can create a powerful impact in their community.
This program helps cultivate the next generation of servant leaders, equipping young people to make a difference in their schools, communities, and beyond.
Catalina DeMola and Ana DeMola currently serve as our Youth Ambassadors for the 2025-2026 school year, inspiring school-aged peers to put the “little way” into action through meaningful, everyday acts of service.
