Youth Ambassadors look for real needs in their schools, neighborhoods, or communities and choose an issue they feel passionate about addressing.

With guidance from Little Way In Action, Ambassadors develop a service project, create the materials and resources needed to support it, and build a plan for putting the idea into action.

Ambassadors test their ideas through hands-on service, recruit and engage other volunteers, and learn what works through real community experience.

Successful projects are reviewed with Little Way In Action’s administrators and Board of Directors, who help refine, support, and scale promising ideas so they can be repeated, shared, and sustained.

Become a Youth Ambassador and turn a small idea into meaningful community impact.
